At Community Bank it is our aim to help you find the government loan programs that will best help you pursue your educational goals. Visit with your school's financial aid office to determine which loans you qualify for. Then stop and see us. We have the forms available for these loans:

FEDERAL STAFFORD LOANS
This loan is the major form of self-help for students seeking to fund their education. These loans can come from your local bank if your college participates in the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) or directly from the federal government if your college participates in the William D. Ford Direct Loan Program (Direct Loans). Repayment for this type of loan usually begins about 6 months after graduation. Our Lender Number for students attending any FFELP College in the country is 817676.

SUBSIDIZED STAFFORD - The federal government pays the interest on this loan while you are in college.

UNSUBSIDIZED STAFFORD - The student is responsible for paying the interest due on this loan while in college. You do have the option, however, of capitalizing the interest while in school.
